D&rsquo;une qualit\u00e9 sublime et tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9, la crevette de Palam\u00f3s est presque obligatoire \u00e0 essayer si nous nous \u00e9vadons dans cette ville de la Costa Brava. Pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment <strong>l&rsquo;un des restaurants o\u00f9 nous pouvons le trouver, est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la cuisine p\u00e9ruvienne<\/strong>. Une gastronomie p\u00e9ruvienne que nous connaissons d\u00e9j\u00e0 qui accorde beaucoup d&rsquo;attention \u00e0 la mer pour pr\u00e9parer ses plats, et qui a un bon emplacement \u00e0 Palam\u00f3s pour exprimer tout son potentiel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>La crevette de Palam\u00f3s comme revendication gastronomique<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit du <strong>restaurant Entre Dos Mons<\/strong>, lui aussi d\u00e9j\u00e0 inscrit au<strong> Guide Michelin<\/strong> pour la grande qualit\u00e9 de ses plats \u00e0 la carte et de ses diff\u00e9rentes cartes. Dans ce restaurant, la gastronomie catalane se m\u00eale aux saveurs des meilleures recettes p\u00e9ruviennes, puisque le chef est originaire de l\u00e0-bas. Ils ont leur <strong>propre verger et sont soucieux de la durabilit\u00e9<\/strong>, ce qui vaut \u00e9galement la peine d&rsquo;\u00eatre mentionn\u00e9 \u00e0 Entre Dos Mons!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tant le troisi\u00e8me restaurant le mieux not\u00e9 de Palam\u00f3s sur TripAdvisor, nous voulions en savoir un peu plus sur son menu, et concernant le poisson, voici quelques-unes des options que nous avons pu voir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Plat de crevettes 100% certifi\u00e9 Palam\u00f3s<\/li>\n<li>Moules au lard 100% ib\u00e9rique et sauce p\u00e9ruvienne<\/li>\n<li>Anchois sal\u00e9s par nos soins avec du pain \u00e0 la tomate<\/li>\n<li>Ceviche \u00ab mixte \u00bb comme mon p\u00e8re le pr\u00e9parait avec des poissons de la cri\u00e9e de Palam\u00f3s, des coquilles Saint-Jacques et des mollusques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Des plats parfaits pour les amateurs de <strong>poissons<\/strong> et <strong>crustac\u00e9s <\/strong> \u00e0 d\u00e9guster dans un <strong>restaurant situ\u00e9 \u00e0 quelques m\u00e8tres de la plage de Palam\u00f3s<\/strong>, et dont on lit des commentaires comme celui-ci sur TripAdvisor : \u00ab La passion de bien nourrir anime cette maison.
